Covid 19 Update

As some of you will know the government started a 6 month extension on expiring mots during lock down back in March. This has caused an influx of mot tests required over the last couple of months. On top of this 47% of vehicles tested failed due to either not being inspected for an extra 6 months or vehicles sitting idle for long periods of time. This is a massive 15% higher than normal. This extra workload has led to some early starts and late nights to enable us to keep as many people on the road as possible.

I would like to thank all our customers for being very patient with us during this extra busy time and apologise for any inconveniences caused by any delays. We always try very hard here at Cole and Miller to keep our customers happy and safe, and will continue to do so what ever life throws at us.

We will be staying open during this second period of lockdown and working Mon-Fri as normal. Unfortunately we are staying closed on Saturdays for the foreseeable but we are still offering collection and delivery services for those of you that cannot get here during the week due to work commitments.
